Commerical Kitchen Company are excited to congratulate Reg & Ann Lillywhite on the fantastic renovations recently completed at Durack Tavern.

The Durack Tavern is a family friendly destination located a short drive south-west of Brisbane CBD with the bistro open 7 days a week.

After 12 months of planning and hard work the venue now boasts a state of the art kitchen with all new cooking equipment including an amazing wood fired pizza oven, fryers and combi ovens from Comcater, Electrolux equipment from Stoddart and pasta cooker, wok cooker and 6 burner range from Goldstein.

Additional equipment from our partners at Eswood, Bromic and Williams completed the kitchen and bars giving Chef Regan Haira has all he needs to deliver fresh, delicious meals to their patrons.

The Commercial Kitchen Company team in Brisbane did a fantastic job assisting Reg and Ann choose all the smallwares including crockery and cutlery for the venue and we wish them all the best with their new venture.
