The iconic QA Hotel in New Farm recently underwent full renovation in partnership with the team at Commercial Kitchen Company and the results are outstanding, delivering a new state of the art kitchen, a fresh new dining space – Botanical Bar + Kitchen, and function space.
Our brief was to increase the output volume of the kitchen and to include an allowance for function catering in the future.
We achieved this by mixing a combination of new equipment including Rational combi ovens, Lincoln conveyor ovens and Hobart dishwashers together with some quality Silver Chef certified used equipment and refrigeration.
New Stainless steel works including fibre backed wall sheeting and custom lowline hoods with ductwork and motors were installed, all co-ordinated by Commercial Kitchen Company.
Whilst installation took place we ensured services were put in place to allow the future purchase and installation of equipment without major interruption and cost to the venue. At Commercial Kitchen Company we consider your business now and in the future.
