Description
The Robot Coupe BL 3 packs X-Flow performance into a compact 3-litre blender designed for small-to-mid volumes. Its 1,100 W motor and wide 500–12,600 rpm speed range deliver fine, consistent textures for soups, sauces, purées, coulis and sweet or savoury batters — all without wasting counter space.
Like its larger sibling, the BL 3 uses an asymmetrical four-blade assembly plus bowl ribs and flow-guide lid to promote continuous circulation and thorough mixing. The watertight lid includes an add-in cap so you can incorporate liquids or ingredients while running, and the blade assembly is removable for cleaning. All parts in contact with food are dishwasher safe for quick turnaround between jobs.
Compact, durable and easy to service, the BL 3 is ideal for cafés, smaller kitchens and back-of-house stations where space is limited but quality and repeatability are essential. It’s built for frequent use with straightforward controls — timer, pulse and secure bowl locking — to keep prep efficient and splash-free.
