bridge or cantilever supports.
• The large drain hole on the cooking surface
allows to collect the fat residues inside a
container (1.5 liter capacity) positioned under the
cooking surfaces.

available as an accessory.
• Safety thermostat and thermostatic control.
• Stainless steel upstand positioned in the part
rear and sides of the cooking surface. Upstand
easy to remove for cleaning.

• Infrared heating elements positioned under the
cooking surface.
