The cleverly desiGNed display racks can be installed horizontally or at an angle. The PM50L has a 50 pie capacity and has sliding glass doors on one side and a fixed pane of glass on the other. Includes the addition of a baffle tray with steam (1/9 gastronorm) pan in the base of the unit to provide moisture to contents and an internal light to illuminate contents.
