CLEAR, SLOW-DILUTING CUBE ICE

The IM-240APE-28 is a modular head cuber producing 28mm cube ice at up to 180KG per day. Each cycle is made with fresh water rather than recirculated melt, which is what gives Hoshizaki cube its clarity and slow dilution — the reason it holds up in spirits, cocktails and premium beverage service without watering the drink down.

Hoshizaki rate this model at 180KG per day at 21°C ambient and 160KG at 32°C. The 32°C figure is the one worth planning against in most Australian kitchens — output falls as the room heats up, so size the machine on your worst day, not your average one.

This is a modular head and does not include storage. It requires a matching storage bin and top kit, which we can specify alongside it so the stack is dimensionally correct. Head unit measures 560 × 700 × 880 mm (W × D × H).
