Every piece of equipment we sell is new, covered by the manufacturer's warranty and backed by the Australian Consumer Law. This page explains what happens if something isn't right with your order.
We don't accept returns or give refunds for change of mind, including if the wrong model was ordered or the item is no longer needed.
Commercial equipment is usually chosen to suit a particular kitchen, so please check the dimensions, power or gas requirements and clearances before you order. Our team is happy to help you get it right: call 1300 CKC 000 or visit one of our showrooms.
Items we order in from the supplier especially for you, including non-stock, custom and made-to-order equipment, can't be returned or cancelled once the order is placed, unless they are faulty.
Most equipment comes with a manufacturer's warranty, and repairs are carried out by the manufacturer's authorised service agents. If something isn't working, the quickest way to get it fixed is to contact the manufacturer's service agent directly. Their details are in the product manual or on the manufacturer's website.
If you're not sure who to contact, or you need help with a claim, get in touch with us and we'll help. Please have your invoice number ready.
Manufacturer warranties generally don't cover faults caused by incorrect installation, connection to the wrong power or gas supply, lack of cleaning or maintenance, or misuse. Equipment that needs a gas, plumbing or hard-wired electrical connection must be installed by a licensed tradesperson.
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged, note it on the delivery docket and contact us as soon as possible, ideally on the day of delivery, with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll work with you and the carrier to sort it out.
If we've sent the wrong item, we'll arrange the correct one at no cost to you.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
