OVERSIZED GOURMET CUBE FOR PREMIUM SERVE

The IM-65PE-LM produces an oversized 48mm gourmet cube, with output to 38KG per day. The larger format melts far more slowly than standard cube, making it the pour of choice for whisky, premium spirits and signature cocktails where dilution control matters.

Hoshizaki rate this model at 38KG per day at 21°C ambient and 31KG at 32°C. The 32°C figure is the one worth planning against in most Australian kitchens — output falls as the room heats up, so size the machine on your worst day, not your average one.

Self-contained with an integral 26KG storage bin — no separate bin or top kit required. Cabinet measures 633 × 506 × 950 mm (W × D × H).
