Description
The Meiko UPster U 500 is an undercounter commercial dishwasher with a 500 x 500 mm rack and 320 mm entry height, so large crockery, baking trays and fine glassware go through one machine. It suits cafés and restaurants that want a single washer serving front and back of house.
On single phase it draws up to 13.4 A and calls for 15 A fuse protection, so plan a dedicated circuit rather than a shared outlet. Meiko recommends a warm-water feed on single phase because a cold connection lengthens the 120, 180 and 240 second cycles. A drain pump and booster pump are standard, which helps where the floor waste is not directly behind the machine.
