The C500 is a compact, user-friendly, and easy-to-clean machine, designed to handle the rigors of any busy kitchen or bar.
It can be configured as either a glasswasher or dishwasher during installation. As a glasswasher, the 500 x 500mm basket holds 25 pint-sized glasses and can wash up to 1,000 glasses per hour. In dishwasher mode, the basket accommodates 18 dinner plates, cleaning up to 540 plates per hour.
The C500 is equipped with a drain pump, rinse booster pump, and detergent and rinse aid pumps. Its double-skinned door and cabinet help to reduce noise and minimize heat loss.
The interior of the C500 features click-in, click-out wash arms, a new double filtration system, and a molded wash tank with basket rails, all of which improve cleaning performance and simplify maintenance. It also reduces water and detergent consumption during the rinse cycle.
