Description
The Goldstein PF628-X is a 914 mm-wide gas range with six 33 MJ open burners over a 700 mm (28-inch) static gas oven that takes GN 1/1 pans, suited to restaurant and hotel kitchens wanting a heavy-duty six-burner line.
Total gas load is 226 MJ/h on natural gas (228 MJ/h LPG) through a 3/4 inch BSP connection, so check your meter and supply can carry it alongside other appliances. Open burners have pilot flame-failure protection, the oven burner has flame failure too, and the oven thermostat runs 100 to 280 °C over three rack positions.
