Description
The Hobart A200 is a 20-litre planetary mixer with a gear-driven transmission, a 15-minute timer and a #12 attachment hub, suited to cafés, bakeries and restaurant kitchens mixing batters, creams and small dough batches.
Hobart’s spec sheet lists a stainless steel bowl, beater, whip and dough hook as standard inclusions, so it is ready for daily prep without extra tooling. A bowl guard and interlocked bowl support are standard, which is worth having in kitchens with rotating junior staff. The attached sheet does not state motor rating or plug type, so ask us to confirm the electrical supply before ordering.
