Description
CHEWABLE NUGGET ICE, HIGH-VOLUME OUTPUT
The FM-120KE-HCN is a self-contained nugget machine producing to 96KG per day. Nugget — also sold as cublet or chewable ice — is soft enough to chew and displaces well in cups, which is why it dominates in healthcare, aged care and high-volume beverage service.
Hoshizaki rate this model at 96KG per day at 21°C ambient and 75KG at 32°C. The 32°C figure is the one worth planning against in most Australian kitchens — output falls as the room heats up, so size the machine on your worst day, not your average one.
Self-contained with an integral 32KG storage bin — no separate bin or top kit required. Cabinet measures 640 × 600 × 800 mm (W × D × H).
