CLEAR, SLOW-DILUTING CUBE ICE

The IM-45CPE-28-F is a self-contained cuber producing 28mm cube ice at up to 36KG per day. Each cycle is made with fresh water rather than recirculated melt, which is what gives Hoshizaki cube its clarity and slow dilution — the reason it holds up in spirits, cocktails and premium beverage service without watering the drink down.

Hoshizaki rate this model at 36KG per day at 21°C ambient and 29KG at 32°C. The 32°C figure is the one worth planning against in most Australian kitchens — output falls as the room heats up, so size the machine on your worst day, not your average one.

Self-contained with an integral 15KG storage bin — no separate bin or top kit required. Cabinet measures 633 × 511 × 780 mm (W × D × H).

This variant is fitted with an integral drain pump, which lifts waste water to a higher outlet. That matters where there is no floor waste or gravity fall available at the machine location — island benches, retro-fits into existing joinery, and installs where the drain sits above the unit. If your site already has gravity drainage, the standard model without the pump is the cheaper specification.
