Description
The Luus GTS-9 is a 900 mm gas griddle toaster that combines a 21 mm mild steel griddle plate with a radiant toaster section, rated at 69 MJ/h on natural gas or LPG. We supply griddle toasters like this to Gold Coast and Brisbane cafés, burger bars and breakfast venues that need to cook and toast on one footprint.
The plate gives 890 x 540 mm of cooking area, and the 740 x 385 mm toaster rack sits in three positions, with high flame for buns and lower settings for melts. A regulator is supplied (specify natural gas or LPG when ordering), connection must be made by an authorised person to AS/NZS 5601, and it should sit under the canopy with the rest of the gas line.
