1200mm Griddle & Convection Oven Alongside the static ovens, Luus convection ovens are built for speed and volume. The fan distributes heat evenly throughout the oven cavity, perfect for roasting meats and vegetables. The RF-12P includes 1200mm Griddle plus convection oven, and at only 800mm deep it is ideal for small spaced kitchens. Griddle
