Product Information
Description
The Mecnosud DRM1040 is a 40 cm parallel dough roller that rolls portions from 100 g to 700 g with adjustable thickness and foot-pedal operation, suited to pizzerias and bakeries rolling bases to order.
Compared with the standard Mecnosud 40 cm dough roller (80 to 400 g portions), it accepts dough balls up to 700 g, which suits larger pizzas and flatbreads. It draws 0.375 kW on 240 V, and at 45 kg it needs a sturdy bench. The foot pedal keeps both hands on the dough as it feeds through, and safety guards are standard. Commercial Kitchen Company, with showrooms on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane, supplies Mecnosud dough rollers and sheeters Australia-wide.
