Description
The Mecnosud SMF0025 is a forked dough mixer with a 30-litre bowl that handles 25 kg of finished dough, or a full 15 kg bag of flour, on single-phase power, suited to pizzerias and bakeries.
Running on 240 V at 1.1 kW avoids the three-phase supply the next size up needs: the Mecnosud 35 kg forked mixer is three-phase, two-speed and supplied without a plug for a qualified electrician to connect. Mecnosud specifies a minimum 50% water-to-flour ratio, so it is better suited to hydrated pizza and bread doughs than to stiff, low-hydration mixes.
