Description
The Robot Coupe Mini MP190 Combi is a mini stick blender with a 190 mm stainless steel blending tube and a whisk attachment, running at 2,000 to 12,500 rpm on 250 W. It suits cafés, patisseries and small restaurant kitchens blending sauces, soups and coulis in small pots.
The whisk runs at 350 to 1,560 rpm for whipping and aerating, so one motor handle covers both jobs. At 1.95 kg it is light enough for long prep sessions, and the tube, bell and blade detach for cleaning. If you only need blending, the Mini MP190 V.V. is the same 250 W machine without the whisk. For deeper pots, the Robot Coupe Mini MP240 Combi moves to a 240 mm tube and 270 W.
