Description
The Robot Coupe MP450 Ultra stick blender pairs a 460 mm stainless steel tube with a 500 W motor turning at 9,500 rpm, and Robot Coupe rates it for pans of up to 100 litres. It is sized for large stockpots in hotels, function centres and catering kitchens.
Against the 50-litre MP350 Ultra, the extra 100 mm of tube reaches the bottom of deeper pots for only 0.3 kg more weight (4.9 kg). Speed is fixed; kitchens that want to ease into a blend can choose the Robot Coupe MP450 V.V. Ultra with variable speed at 1,500 to 9,000 rpm, and the MP450 Combi Ultra adds a whisk for whipping. It runs on a single-phase 230 V supply at 2.3 A, and the bell and blade detach from the stainless motor base for cleaning.
