Description
The Winterhalter PT-XL Energy is the large model with extra height in the new PT series of pass through dishwashers, taking 500 x 600mm racks, with a 560mm clear entry height. A smart touch display gives simple single button operation, while VarioPower wash pressure adjustment and quadruple filtration keep results consistent in busy kitchens. This Energy version adds exhaust air heat recovery, which captures the steam at the end of each cycle to cut steam in the kitchen and reduce energy costs.
