Description
Zanussi‘s EVO700 800 mm range is an oven with hot plates on top: four 2.6 kW cast-iron hot plates over an electric static oven, fully electric with no gas connection.
It suits a café, school or aged care kitchen without gas that needs four cooking positions and one oven in an 800 mm run. The whole unit draws 16.4 kW on three-phase (23.7 A), so check switchboard capacity before ordering. The oven has separate thermostats for the top and bottom elements, running 140–300°C, which helps when a tray needs more colour on top than underneath. If gas is available for the cooktop, the Zanussi 800 mm four-burner range with electric oven keeps the electric oven but adds open flame.
