Description
Zanussi‘s EVO700 400 mm commercial gas char grill is a freestanding half-module chargrill on its own open base, with 8 kW of burner output and reversible cast iron grids: one side for meat, the other for fish.
It suits a café or bistro adding char-grilled steak and fish without giving up much line space, or a kitchen that wants a grill station separate from the main range. It ships for natural gas, with LPG and town gas options, through a 1/2″ inlet, and like any open grill it belongs under the canopy. The open base takes sheet pans and tools, and a grid scraper is included. If the menu leans on the grill, the Zanussi 800 mm gas chargrill with base is twice the width.
