Description
Zanussi‘s EVO700 800 mm gas cooktop is a solid target top, also called a French top, with a 7 kW central burner that takes the cast iron plate up to 500°C in the centre, cooler towards the edges.
It suits a classical or fine-dining kitchen holding sauces, stocks and several pans at once, sliding them from the hot centre to a gentle simmer at the edge without lifting. This listing is the top only: a 250 mm high countertop unit that needs a separate base, bridging support or cantilever system. Gas load is 7 kW (25.2 MJ/h) through a 1/2″ inlet, natural gas standard with LPG as an option. If you want it on an oven, the Zanussi 800 mm target top on a gas static oven is the freestanding version.
