Description
The Hobart Legacy HL300 is a 30 quart (28 litre) floor-standing planetary mixer with a 0.56 kW gear-driven motor, three speeds plus stir and a No. 12 attachment hub, sized for bakeries, catering kitchens and busy restaurants mixing larger batches.
Unlike the larger Legacy models it runs on 240V single phase with a 10A plug and lead included, so no three-phase supply is needed. The swing-out bowl and lift handle make bowl changes easier at this size, and rubber foot pads keep it steady on the floor.
It comes with a stainless steel bowl, B beater (flat beater), ED dough hook and bowl guard, and our team confirms the exact inclusions when we quote.
