Description
The Anvil MWA1400 is a 1400 W commercial microwave with a 34-litre stainless steel cavity, drawing 1900 W from a standard 10 A single-phase power point.
It suits a café, pub or aged care kitchen reheating plated meals and portions through the day, where 100 preset programs let staff repeat the same result at the touch of a button. As a light-duty model it is aimed at steady reheating rather than continuous heavy volume, and the motorised stirrer fan and sealed ceramic base help with even heating and cleaning. For busier kitchens, the Anvil heavy duty 1800 W microwave steps up but needs a 15 A outlet.
