The C400 is a compact, easy-to-use, and easy-to-clean machine, built to handle the demands of any busy kitchen or bar.
It can be set up as either a glasswasher or dishwasher upon installation. When used as a glasswasher, the 400 x 400mm basket accommodates 16 pint-sized glasses, with the capacity to clean up to 640 glasses per hour. As a dishwasher, the basket holds nine dinner plates, washing up to 270 plates per hour.
The C400 comes equipped with a drain pump, rinse booster pump, and detergent and rinse aid pumps. Its double-skinned door and cabinet minimize noise and heat loss.
Inside, the C400 features innovative click-in, click-out wash arms, a new double filtration system, and a molded wash tank with basket rails—all of which improve cleaning performance and simplify maintenance. The machine also reduces water consumption and detergent usage during rinsing.
