Description
The Hobart HS9 is a heavy-duty automatic gravity-feed slicer with a 330 mm removable CleanCut knife and a four-speed automatic carriage, built for delis, butchers, supermarkets and high-volume kitchens slicing meat and cheese all day.
The automatic carriage has three stroke lengths and can also be run by hand when a job only needs a few slices. The knife lifts out completely for cleaning, the carriage tilts and removes, and an air-piston lift raises the machine so you can clean underneath.
Interlocks cover the gauge plate and carriage, it only starts from the home position, and a no-volt release stops it restarting after a power cut. It runs on 240V with a 10A plug and lead.
For lighter daily slicing, the Hobart EDGE manual slicer is the medium-duty option. Commercial Kitchen Company supplies Hobart slicers, mixers and warewashing.
