Description
The Hobart EDGE is a medium-duty manual gravity-feed slicer with a 305 mm (12 inch) chrome-plated knife and a 0.37 kW knife motor, suited to cafés, sandwich bars, delis and restaurants slicing meat and cheese through the day.
It’s a manual slicer, so it suits steady daily slicing; for continuous high-volume runs the automatic Hobart HS9 is the better fit. It has a full 45-degree gravity feed and a Poly V-belt knife drive.
Interlocks on the gauge plate and carriage mean the knife isn’t exposed when the carriage comes off, and the Borazon sharpening stone lifts off and is dishwasher safe. It runs on 240V with a 10A plug and lead.
