Description
The Hobart Legacy HL600 is a 60 quart (57 litre) floor-standing planetary mixer with a 2.0 kW motor, four speeds plus stir, power bowl lift and a 50-minute SmartTimer, built for high-volume bakeries, institutional kitchens and food production.
Power bowl lift and the included bowl truck make full-bowl handling far easier at 60 quarts. It runs on 415V three phase on a 10A circuit, and Hobart doesn’t include a plug and lead: a 4-pin 10A plug and lead is an optional extra from Hobart, or an electrician can hard-wire it.
It ships at 449 kg and needs 780 mm of width with the bowl swung out, so check site access before delivery and request a quote for delivered pricing. The bowl, B beater (flat beater), D whip (wire whip) and ED dough hook are included, and the No. 12 hub takes attachments such as Hobart’s mincer.
For bigger batches the Legacy HL800 80 quart mixer adds capacity, though it has no attachment hub. Commercial Kitchen Company supplies Hobart’s full food preparation line.
