Description
The Hobart N50 is a 5 quart gear-driven bench planetary mixer with three fixed speeds and a 15-minute timer, made for small-batch work in cafés, patisseries and restaurant pastry sections.
It runs on 240V with a 10A plug and lead, ships at 25 kg and takes 264 mm of bench width, so it fits where a full-size mixer won’t. The stainless steel bowl, aluminium B beater (flat beater), stainless D whip (wire whip) and aluminium ED dough hook come standard.
A hand-crank bowl lift locks in the raised or lowered position, the open base is easy to wipe down between jobs, and there’s a No. 10 tapered attachment hub.
For larger batches, step up to the Hobart A200 planetary mixer. Commercial Kitchen Company also supplies the rest of the Hobart range.
