SOFT FLAKE ICE FOR DISPLAY AND FOOD PRESERVATION

The FM-300AKE-HC-SB is a modular head flaker producing soft flake ice to 250KG per day. Flake packs around product without bruising it, which makes it the standard for seafood and produce display, buffet presentation and general food preservation. It is also the fastest format for pulling temperature down quickly.

Hoshizaki rate this model at 250KG per day at 21°C ambient and 205KG at 32°C. The 32°C figure is the one worth planning against in most Australian kitchens — output falls as the room heats up, so size the machine on your worst day, not your average one.

This is a modular head and does not include storage. It requires a matching storage bin and top kit, which we can specify alongside it so the stack is dimensionally correct. Head unit measures 560 × 700 × 780 mm (W × D × H).
