Description
The Luus DRO-810 is an 810 mm gas duck oven that roasts up to 12 ducks at once on an internal hang rail over an 83 MJ/h cast iron burner. It suits Chinese barbecue shops and Cantonese restaurants roasting duck in batches for service or display.
Double skin construction, a high temperature cut-off and a flame failure device are standard, along with an external temperature gauge and a front door for burner access. Plan for a 3/4″ BSP gas inlet, a 1″ BSP drain with ball valve and overflow, and canopy extraction overhead; connection must meet AS/NZS 5601. At 1,530 mm high and 830 mm across, check doorways and ceiling clearance. It is worth planning alongside the wok and stockpot burners in our Asian cuisine equipment range.
