Description
The Mecnosud SMM0005 is a compact 5 kg spiral mixer (3 kg dry flour, 7-litre bowl) with a fixed head and fixed bowl, sized for pizzerias, cafés and test kitchens making small dough batches.
It runs on 240 V single phase at 0.37 kW with one speed: 10 rpm on the bowl and 100 rpm on the spiral. The bowl, hook, shaft and safety guard are all stainless steel, and at 540 x 260 mm and 33 kg it sits on a bench rather than the floor.
