Description
The Orved Evox 30 is a benchtop chamber vacuum sealer with an 8 m³/h oil-lubricated pump, a 310 mm seal bar and preset programs for storage and sous vide, sized for restaurants and caterers portioning every day.
Its absolute vacuum sensor reaches 99.8% vacuum (2 mbar), and an oil-dehumidification program plus a resettable oil-change alarm help keep the pump in condition where wet product is packed often. It draws 2.3 A at 530 W on single phase. Compared with the Orved Evox 25 and its 4 m³/h pump and 260 mm bar, the Evox 30 doubles pump speed and takes a wider bag, which suits higher-volume prep.
