Description
The Robot Coupe MicroMix stick blender is a 1.07 kg handheld unit with a 165 mm stainless steel tube and variable speed from 1,500 to 14,000 rpm, made for small and single-portion batches. It suits fine-dining pass work, pastry sections and bars making emulsions, foams and sauces to order.
It works with two tools: a blade for small portions of soups and sauces, and Robot Coupe’s patented Aeromix tool for light, airy emulsions that hold their shape. The tube and tools detach for cleaning, and an extendable coiled cord keeps it manageable on a crowded bench. Once you are blending whole pots rather than portions, step up to the Robot Coupe Mini MP190 Combi stick blender, which adds a longer 190 mm tube and a whisk.
