Description
The Robot Coupe MP350 Ultra is a commercial stick blender with a 360 mm stainless steel tube and a 440 W motor at a fixed 9,500 rpm, rated by Robot Coupe for pans up to 50 litres. It suits restaurant and catering kitchens blending soups and sauces straight in the stockpot.
One fixed speed keeps it simple on a busy line; if you prefer to start slowly to limit splashing, the MP350 V.V. Ultra adds variable speed from 1,500 to 9,000 rpm. For pots up to 100 litres, the Robot Coupe MP450 Ultra stick blender moves to a 460 mm tube and 500 W. The motor base is stainless steel and the bell and blade come off for cleaning; Robot Coupe’s HACCP advice is to store them in the cool room once cleaned.
