Sanremo Zoe Competition 2 Group Espresso Machine

Description

The Sanremo Zoe Competition 2 group is an espresso machine for coffee shops and cafés that want competition-style controls, including a shot timer, electronic pre-infusion and a double reading gauge, on a 15 A supply. Its 10 L steam boiler with a 2.7 kW element suits steady milk service.

At 720 mm wide, 528 mm deep and 537 mm high, with 85 mm cup clearance, the standard height suits ceramic cups. Its 15 A, 3.15 kW rating is simpler to wire for than 20 A or three-phase machines, though Sanremo also lists a 380-415 V option. If most of your trade goes out in takeaway cups, the Tall version gives 140 mm clearance. For a narrower, lighter two group, compare the Sanremo Zoe Compact 2 group, which runs a 7 L boiler in a 528 mm wide body.
