Technomac E1035-USB Blast Chiller

Description

The Technomac E1035-USB is a blast chiller and shock freezer that takes both 600 x 400 mm bakery trays and GN 1/1 pans, rated to blast chill up to 35 kg or blast freeze up to 25 kg.

Its built-in HACCP data card and USB port let you pull chilling records for food-safety audits, which suits caterers, bakeries and pizza or pasta producers who cook ahead. Our current listing does not include electrical, dimension or tray-count data, so ask us to confirm power and space requirements before you plan the site. For smaller batches, the Technomac E520-USB handles up to 20 kg chilled or 12 kg frozen on the same tray formats.
