Description
The Tormek T-2 Pro Kitchen is a countertop knife sharpener for professional kitchens, pairing a fine 600-grit diamond wheel with a composite honing wheel and an adjustable angle guide; Tormek quotes a sharp edge in around 60 seconds.
It sharpens dry at 120 rpm and 54 dB, so there is no water tray to manage and it can sit on a prep bench during service. At 7.8 kg with an ergonomic handle, it moves easily between kitchens or back into storage. Coarse 360-grit and extra fine 1,200-grit diamond wheels, plus a round-blade attachment for electric kebab knives, are sold separately in our Tormek sharpening range.
