Description
The Anvil Pie Warmer Mini is a small pie warmer for the counter, holding 12 to 18 pies across three shelves in a 353 mm wide stainless steel cabinet behind a rear-hinged toughened glass door.
It suits a café, bakery counter or service-station food bar that sells pies in modest numbers and wants them on show at the point of sale, where the illuminated front panel does the merchandising and the humidity pan helps stop pastry drying out. At 0.75 kW on 240 V it is a light electrical load for a counter. If you regularly sell more than 18 pies through a lunch rush, the larger Anvil Pie Warmer holds 36 to 48 pies and up to 15 pizza boxes.
