Description
The Woodson W.HFW11 is a countertop hot food well for dry operation, holding three 1/3 GN or two 1/2 GN pans up to 150 mm deep, with a mechanical thermostat from 30°C to 120°C.
It suits a café, canteen or caterer that needs one small hot-holding station for sauces, rice or curries on the counter, running at 0.6 kW from a 10 A plug and lead. Because it runs dry there is no water to fill or drain, but pans are bought separately and Woodson designs the well around its own pans. Two 210 mm deep round pans also fit with a pan kit. For a six-pan run, the Woodson W.HFW21 hot food well is 705 mm wide and doubles the capacity.
