When Anna & Goccia decided to open their exciting new restaurant Goccia Italian Pizzeria on the Gold Coast, they engaged Commercial Kitchen Company to assist with the planning, design and supply of all they needed to produce amazing Italian food.
With limited space at a new site in Mermaid Beach, Commercial Kitchen Company designed the space and assisted with all aspects of the process including Council plans.
A combination of stainless steel work including benches and exhaust canopy together with equipment was installed next. Our partners from Hobart supplied dishwashers, Skope supplied a MISA Coolroom and with some quality used equipment the framework for Goccia came together.
To finish off the Italian look, Goccia complemented the fit out with quality Longfine crockery, glassware and gorgeous gold Trenton cutlery.
