Description
The Anvil ICK3500 is a 3.1 kW benchtop induction cooker on a 15 A supply, with a Schott Ceran glass hob, a 250 mm cooking circle and a 0–180 minute timer.
It suits a café, caterer or buffet station that needs one strong, portable cooking zone without gas, and because induction heats instantly it is not drawing power through quiet periods. It works only with magnetic-based pots, so check your pans with a magnet first. Its 15 A rating needs a 15 A outlet. If your site only has 10 A power points, the Anvil 10 A induction cooker runs at 2.4 kW with the same 250 mm cooking circle.
