Description
The Anvil ICK3501 is a 3.5 kW drop-in induction cooktop on a 15 A, 240 V supply, with touch panel and control knob adjustment that can be set below or above the counter.
Drop-in units suit a buffet, omelette station or show kitchen where the cooktop sits flush in the bench and the controls stay tidy. The 15 A rating needs a 15 A outlet, as a standard 10 A power point will not take the plug, so confirm with your electrician before the bench is cut. Anvil’s spec sheet does not give a cut-out size, so ask Commercial Kitchen Company to confirm it with the supplier before fabrication. For a portable benchtop unit, the Anvil 15 A benchtop induction cooker has a 250 mm cooking circle and timer.
