Description
The Anvil POA0001 is a proving cabinet for smaller bakeries and canteens, holding nine 600 × 400 mm baking trays or nine 1/1 GN trays in a humidity-controlled chamber behind double glass doors.
It is designed to sit under an Anvil convection oven, with a sturdy top made to carry one, so a café or canteen baking its own rolls and pastries gets a compact bake station on one footprint. Six heat settings and a manually filled water tray keep it simple, and it draws only 0.75 kW on 240 V. Trays are not supplied, so budget for nine. The natural partner is the Anvil COA1003 countertop convection oven.
