Description
The Anvil COA1003 is a countertop convection oven on a 10 A supply, with four chrome shelves, a timer and a fan-assisted chamber that runs from 50°C to 300°C.
It suits caterers, cafés and small bakeries baking pastries and muffins or reheating trays where there is no room or power for a full-size oven; at 2.4 kW on 240 V it stays on a 10 A outlet. Anvil designs its proving cabinet to work with these convection ovens, with a top built to carry one, so the pair makes a compact bake station. See the Anvil proving cabinet to complete the set-up.
