Description
The Dean SR114 is a 20-litre electric deep fryer made by Frymaster, with elements that transfer heat directly into the oil, suited to restaurants and takeaways wanting a simple all-purpose electric fryer.
Electric frying suits sites without a gas supply or where adding gas appliances is impractical. The supply rating is not in our current listing, so confirm the electrical connection (phase and amperage) with us before ordering. The cabinet is 400 mm wide, 740 mm deep and 1120 mm high, and weighs 82 kg.
