Description
The Luus Fo San WV-1A1P1A is a 1,750 mm gas wok burner with two 145 MJ/h air-blast burners and a centre soup pot position, supplied with an 8 L pot. It suits Cantonese and other Asian restaurants running high-heat wok stations with stock kept hot between the woks.
Plan the services before delivery: two 3/4″ BSP gas inlets (290 MJ/h total), two 1/2″ water inlets, a 2″ drain and electrical inputs at 220-240 V, 10 A for the fan-forced burners. Connection must meet AS/NZS 5601 and AS/NZS 3000, and the 350 kg unit needs a canopy above and clear access for delivery.
