Description
The Roband BM2 is a counter-top hot bain marie that holds two 1/2 size gastronorm pans side by side, up to 150 mm deep, and can run wet or dry on 1,000 W. It suits cafés, delis and takeaway counters that need a small heated well rather than a full food bar.
Drawing only 4.4 A, it sits comfortably on a servery bench that already carries a toaster or pie warmer. Heat is set with an energy regulator; if you would rather dial in a set temperature, the Roband BM2T thermostat bain marie uses the same 560 mm footprint. Pans are not included, so plan the 1/2 or 1/3 GN pans and lids into your order. A safety-lock ball valve drain makes emptying the tank at close straightforward.
